What we collect, and why
Short version: your address and your contact details, so we can send your price.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, property address, and phone number if you give one
- The services you say you are interested in
- Whether you agreed to receive offers by email, with the date and the wording you agreed to
- Which page or printed code brought you to the form
Why we collect it
To work out your price, send it to you, and answer your questions. If you become a client, to schedule visits and bill you.
Marketing email
We only send offers if you ticked the box. Every message carries our name, a mailing address and a working unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribes within 10 business days.
How long we keep it
For enquiries, we delete your name and contact details two years after the last time we heard from you. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and business records.
Where it is stored
Our website and email providers process data in the United States, which means it can be subject to legal requests there. We use providers under contract to protect it.

Who sees it
Only us, and the software we use to run the business.
