The service agreement itself comes with your quote, before you agree to anything.
Prices on this site
Published prices are before HST and apply to properties inside our service area. Your price is confirmed in a written quote. If a property turns out to be materially different from the quote, we tell you before any work starts.
Getting a price is not a contract
Nothing is owed until you approve a written quote.
The service agreement
Season service runs May to October at a fixed monthly price. The full terms, including cancellation, come with your quote so you can read them before agreeing. If you sign at your door, Ontario law gives you 10 days to cancel after you receive your copy, and the agreement sets that out.
Service area
We serve Champlain Park, Wellington Village, Civic Hospital, Hampton Park, Westboro, Highland Park, McKellar Park and Carlingwood in Ottawa. We decline work outside those streets.
